Vice Principal

**About the role**:
Ash Green School are seeking a Vice Principal (Teaching and Learning) to join the Senior Leadership Team, reporting into the principal. The purpose of this role will be to contribute to the strategic development planning of the school and the manage whole school developments. Providing inspiring leadership to achieve excellence in terms of Teaching, Learning and Inclusion.

- Substantial secondary school leadership experience
- Track record of achievement in raising educational standards
- Successful experience of using target setting, data analysis and curriculum innovation to improve performance
- In-depth understanding of school leadership and the school improvement strategies needed
- Proven experience as an excelled teacher
- Qualified teacher status, degree and evidence of relevant continuous CPD (including a significant leadership / management component)
