Senior Administrator

Pure are delighted to be supporting this incredibly successful organisation in Felixstowe, with the recruitment of a strong administrator. The role will require support within a commercial team, offering a variety of duties and the opportunity to workalongside a friendly and welcoming team.
**December Start, 6 to 8 weeks**
**Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Training provided
£11.49 per hour**
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration of contracts, uploading and creating contract lines for departments and making revisions and amendments when required.
- Ensuring suppliers have security practises in place and investigate further where needed.
- General filing and office duties to include the arranging of supplier and internal contract documents, archiving expired contracts, and the compilation and issuing of unsuccessful letters at tender stage.
- Undertake the progression of a contract procedure through the system involving uploading signed Tender Committee sign off documents and issuing tender documents and handling any supplier queries.
- Training internal users on varying aspects of the system and acting as one of two points of initial contact.
- Creation, set up and running of tender/contract procedures involving adding staff members to the correct roles, entering basic contract details into the system for administrative purposes.
- Compiling PQQ questions into the system with scoring criteria, publishing and publicly advertising new tender opportunities, setting up and undertaking PQQ scoring and seeking clarifications from suppliers.
**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Strong administration skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Organised and able to manage own workload
- Ability to work well to timeframes and processess
- 5 GCSE's grade C or above
