Freelance 11+ Tutor

**What We Are Looking For**:
We are currently seeking a Freelance Tutor to join Eduhance. As a Freelance Tutor, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals. This is a part-time position with sessions primarily held at our tutoring centre, with occasional 1:1 sessions at students' homes. Please note that while the role is currently face-to-face, online sessions may also become a possibility in the future.

**What would the role require?-**
- Provide high-quality tutoring sessions to students, tailored to their individual needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Eduhance staff.
- Travel to students' homes for 1:1 sessions as needed.

**What are the key requirements?**
- Must be a fully qualified teacher with knowledge of the primary or secondary curriculum in England.
- Knowledge of Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning.
- Possession of a current and clear DBS check.
- Demonstrated work history in a school as a teacher or tutor in a similar role.
- Access to own transport for commuting to tutoring sessions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Approachable and patient demeanour.
- Reliable and committed to helping students succeed.
- Will ideally be available some weekday evenings (5:30pm onwards) and/or weekends (between 10am - 2:30pm)
