The JLR Academy is a centralised function to establish the expertise required for the design and delivery of all learning solutions which support the technical capability of our employees. It has a vital role to play to ensure that everyone is able to operate at an optimal level of performance for their role, and ready to deliver against demanding business goals.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Your role is responsible for engaging in ‘Squads’ (Scrum Teams) for the creation of different learning solutions to deliver requirements which will support and enable our business transformation across the enterprise.

**Key accountabilities and responsibilities**
- Ensure the appropriate solutions are readily available and in a suitable format removing duplication and silos driving efficiencies of scale where appropriate.
- Own and contribute to various aspects of the end-to-end journey for the creation of technical learning solutions, and development of technical skills.
- Maximise the use of existing and emerging learning technologies and collaborative networks to improve access to technical skills development in a format which is appropriate to the situation.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Understanding of learning experience design and instructional design to build effective formats of learning solutions such as blended, classroom, and digital.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at all levels to design, build and deploy technical solutions.
- Knowledge in Learning and Development methodologies (eg competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, adult learning androgogy, 5Di learning framework).
- A working knowledge of UK academic qualification levels (2 to 7) Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
