**About the Role**

Working as part of Supporter Acquisition team, this role will be pivotal in managing and

executing the financial processes for a variety of areas. This role will use multiple internal

systems to ensure that all financial records are up to date and managed accordingly.

It will additionally provide support to the Legacy Events team and Community Fundraising.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Reconciliation & monitoring of F2F results including cancellations, payments & credit
- notes adhering to terms of contracts
- Monthly Accruals
- Assistance with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Regular & ad hoc analysis of key areas of performance across Public Fundraising (e.g.
- performance of cash appeals, review of new products etc)
- Compilation of end of year accruals
- Management of PO trackers, raising and receipting PO's raising credit notes
- Checking contract deadlines and raising Waivers
- Domain Renewals

**About you**

You will be a team player; a highly numerate and adaptable individual who is capable and confident to use your own initiative to get the job done efficiently and effectively. You'll be a clear communicator and have:

- Experience of attention to detail and analytical way of working
- Extensive numerical skills and competent at excel reporting
- Extensive administration experience within complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to manage own workload effectively and proactively re-prioritise

- Ability to use relevant in-house/custom systems or databases
- Some knowledge of fundraising (preferred)
