**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Generate purchase orders
- Ensuring all correct paperwork is raised and signed off before raising purchase orders from requisitions received
- Producing and chasing customer Quotations
- Liaison with purchase ledger on purchase order queries
- Processing of sales agreements and purchase orders using the ERP system
- Internal and external communication via telephone and Microsoft Office
- Scheduling of customer deliveries

**Skills and attributes
- Team player able to work well within a small team
- A proactive, self-starter with the ability to methodically solve problems.
- Must be a team player with a flexible approach to requirements
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experienced of working with ERP systems
- Ability to work unsupervised
