**Role Profile**
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll provide high levels of support to staff and line managers. Drawing on sound knowledge of company policy, employment law and best practices.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with trade union.
- Assistant and provide guidance in disciplinary ang grievances and ensure all employee relations issues are dealt with at an early stage,
- Support the deliverance of all change management programs across the site.
- Promote and develop employee engagement.
- Support the retention of and succession planning for on-site management teams.
- Promote a positive working culture, promoting open communication, trust, and cooperation.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 7 years of experience within HR
- Must have experience of working with trade unions,
- Experience of dealing with complex ER issues,
- Must have a strong knowledge of employment law,
- Confident in delivering advice and guidance to line-managers,
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
