Skilled ManualTurner required to fill a permanent position based at Crabb Engineering in Flintshire, North Wales.

Crabb Engineering is a sub-contract precision machining workshop with 22 CNC machine tools (up to 9 axis), using Solid Works for model creation and Edge-Cam for offline programming. The machine operating systems include Fanuc, Haas and XYZ.

The ideal applicant will be able to work from engineering drawings and have experience of setting and operating XYZ Lathes with Pro Trak Controll. They will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of work produced.

In short, we are looking for a quality, fully time-served machinist with the personal characteristics to flourish in our team. An earning potential in excess of £30k is achievable for this person.

Initially, we are looking to expand our basic day shift, but we can offer an option of a shift pattern if preferred. Additional benefits will include: sickness scheme, weekend and shift working allowances, profit related bonus scheme, pension scheme, life assurance benefit scheme and 33 days annual holiday allowance, rising with time in service.
