Probate, Wills and Estates Legal

We require an ambitious Legal Administrator/Secretary to work in our highly regarded probate department.

The role includes a wide range of administrative duties. You will need a flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team, together with the following attributes:

- Legal experience within a Private Client department
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience
- High word processing and audio typing skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Sound organisation and prioritisation skills
- The ability to handle multiple work strands simultaneously
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Diary management including arranging meetings and appointments
- Filing and maintenance of filing systems.
- Opening files
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
- Assistance with other ADHOC administrative duties
- Experience using case management software
- Punctual

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Legal Support Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Legal Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
- Legal Administration: 1 year (preferred)
