You will take a lead role in ensuring high level PA cover is provided to the Medical Programme Director and Associate Medical Directors, as well provided administrative support to the wider Medical Directors Office.

To provide a complete PA / Secretarial service to the Medical Programme Director (MPD) and Associate Medical Directors (AMDs).

To prioritise the MPD and AMDs diaries/appointments without supervision.

To provide confidential and comprehensive support to the Medical Directors Office, including, Medical Programme Director and Associated Medical Directors.

Provide support with preparing presentations, meeting management including but not limited to agenda preparation, note and minute taking and the production of action plans.

Support the Responsible Officer and the Appraisal Lead in appraisal and revalidation activity, as well as any MHPS investigation admin where required.

Arrange and manage the annual Rolling Half Day programme dates and monthly agendas.
