In this role you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery for our customers. You will play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of work. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.

As a Services Production Planner, you will be responsible for:

- Participating in daily production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Working with relevant stakeholders to identify job launch slots.
- Developing a weekly schedule of work, along with a provisional plan for the following week of work going through the shop.
- Defining and administering an On Hold plan in line with Workshop capacity and identifying new slots for continued production.
- Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimize inventory KPIs.
- Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, manpower issues and shop capacity.
- Running weekly manufacturing launch and look ahead planning meetings.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience planning multiple cells, defining workload and communicating clear production plans with stakeholders.
- Have good knowledge of a variety of software tools including Excel and any MRP systems.
- Be familiar with planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans.
