Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire individuals of all ages and skill levels in the art of swimming. If you have a passion for sports coaching and educating others, this is the perfect role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups, focusing on water safety and stroke development
- Create lesson plans that are tailored to the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their swimming skills
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members regarding lesson schedules, progress, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a swim instructor or sports coach is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swimming strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages, including children and adults
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
