Billing Support Administrator

Adecco are looking for a Billing Administrator to join a small, friendly, and busy utilities service company in the centre of Peterborough. This role is suitable for someone with strong administration skills who is also comfortable providing customer serviceto customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely fashion and some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Creation of account breakdowns and statement of accounts for residents
- Reconciliation of payments against customer accounts to ensure that customer accounts are accurate.
- Adding meter reads to accounts that come in via the online submission form
- Completing postage for credit billed accounts every month in a timely manner
- Assisting Client Account Managers with ADHOC billing requests
- Supporting Customer Service Advisors with understanding breakdowns and account reconciliations
