**Role Overview**:
In this junior role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales and customer outreach. Your time will be divided between assisting with sales to potential new clients and engaging with our current customers. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Assistance**:

- Assist in sales presentations and liaise with potential new clients.
- Work closely with our commercial manager to ensure successful sales processes.
- Track leads and opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics software to ensure all leads are up-to-date.
- **Customer Outreach**:

- Create and distribute reports on app downloads, sign-ups, and platform usage for commissioning teams and GP practices.
- Utilise software such as Mandrill, Mailchimp, and Teams Live Events for communication and campaign management.
- **Support and Administration**:

- Provide accurate and timely customer support.

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Good technical literacy, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly to potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Organisational Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills, being able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and data management.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
