**SALES LEDGER ADMINISTATOR**

**Objective**

Be committed to working as part of an effective team, acting as Sales Ledger Administrator for the business. This is a pivotal role working in our Finance Department. Acting as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer.

- Experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM would be advantageous

**Responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to)**
- Setting up new customers
- Producing sales invoices
- Preparing and issuing customer statements
- Uploading of sales invoices onto customer portals
- Issuing any rebates
- Dealing with invoicing queries in an effective and timely manner
- Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties which may be requested by the Line Manager
- To follow Health & Safety procedures set out by the company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others. Also, adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy.
- Adhere to company rules and ensure compliance to ISO:9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2004
