**Executive Assistant to the Bursar**

Please note that this can be a full-time (5 days a week) or a part-time role (4 days a week).

**Executive Assistant** Responsibilities**
- Day to day support - including but not limited to diary management, preparing meeting agendas, performing research tasks for meetings, and taking minutes during meetings and chasing actions and collating reports
- Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the Bursar
- Providing digital support, including setting up of presentations, dash boards, reports, etc.
- Provide administrative support for senior staff
- Maintain office correspondence, including filing and receiving post, crafting routine electronic correspondence, data management and maintaining social media presence
- Developing and managing ad hoc projects (new buildings etc.)

**Executive Assistant** Requirements**
- Successful, and demonstrable experience within a similar role
- Experience of working with committees, producing minutes and preparing papers
- MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minutes and note taking (writing into notes with actions identified)
- First class organisation, administration and problem-solving skills
- Able to build positive relationships quickly and work effectively with people
- Approachable, friendly and a good communicator who is always polite and courteous
- Discreet and able to work on confidential projects and with confidential information/data
- Calm temperament
- Well organised, accurate and has an eye for detail
- Able to work to set objectives and targets and develop work plans

**Location
**Based in Central Oxford, there is no parking on-site, however the office is situated close by to several public transport links. Working hours are 36.5 hours per week, and this is an office-based opportunity.
