**Administrator**

**General Purpose of Role**

The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and co-ordination of customer works order information.

To use several pieces of software to transact each works order from creation, planning to invoicing. This information is used to provide insights to Senior Management so accuracy is vital to success.

The administrator will support other business functions as appropriate.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Administration of customer works order from creation to planning within the internal system.
- The uploading of information from both Sage and the internal system to the customer software to job completion.
- Verbally communicate to suppliers/Internal technicians effectively.
- Co-ordinate the quotation process from supplier costing to customer pricing. Set-up a job file that contains all specific information (customer scope of works, Suppliers Quotes, Customer Quote, CDM, Works Plan, etc).
- To understand departmental KPI’s and use them to drive performance and identify improvement. Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPI’s are met daily.
- Using the supplier information, communicate a quote and works timing plan for each project.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the expectation.
- Once works starts, gain a frequent update from site and communicate effectively to the customer.
- Any slippage should be reported to line manager.
- Coordination of the customer job sign-off.
- Generation of the customer invoice and accurate entry onto specific customer software.
- Accurate and timely entry onto internal sales order on the internal system.
- Manage customer interface software to ensure all transactions are completed within the expected time frame.
- Escalation of issues where required to ensure customer relationship is upheld.

**Role Requirements**
- Computer literate, including Microsoft office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Effective communicator verbal and written
- Efficient with information and data
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Efficient customer service

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
