Being in hospitality and working as a night porter, you will be doing the behind the scenes work throughout the night, keeping an eye on the property and looking after our guests and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness around all public areas as well as delivering excellent customer service.

**The main duties of the role**
- Checking in/out guests
- Operating our Opera system
- Keeping all areas clean and presentable
- Being there for our guests and assisting with any enquiries
- Simple cleaning tasks
- Security walks
- Hospitality experience (1 year +)
- Night shift experience (1 year +)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Experience with Opera (preferable)
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Team/lone working
- Problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
