We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Team at Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot. You will have excellent people and communication skills, along with an ability to gather and interpret information to help clients navigate their difficulties. A full induction and training program will be provided to enable you to deliver high quality advice.

Job details:
We need a generalist adviser with experience delivering advice on benefits and/or debt. You will be required to advise clients face to face, by telephone or video link, should this be required.

Hybrid working: This will be considered as part of the job and you will be provided with equipment to carry out your role.
