**Hybrid**:Hybrid working available but office presence will be expected within our Gloucester office at least 3 days a week.
**Salary**:Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, we have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing team for a Marketing Assistant in a growing business.

We are looking for a conscientious, driven, hardworking and ambitious individual to join the team.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of the marketing plan for Bspoke Lifestyle and Compass businesses. No two days are the same in this role, you could be working on social media campaigns to articles for industry publications, coordinating print and collateral stocks from suppliers to keeping website content up to date, coordinating logistics for events and everything else in between.

The ideal Marketing Assistant will be able to demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail and ideally have a keen interest and understanding in administration, social media, marketing, and content creation.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Management and coordination of printed collateral, ensuring that stocks are properly managed, and requests are actioned in a timely manner.
- Manage, plan and create regular social media content.
- Monthly reporting - social campaigns.
- Manage content changes, document uploads and amends on websites including links to any news articles and social media posts.
- Maintain a marketing database and contact lists including the segmentation and updating of audiences.
- Copywriting for newsletters, websites and communications.
- Support in organising attendance at events.
- Liaise with supplies including printers, design agencies and publications.
- Supports internal teams as and when to achieve cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordination of version control, asset and collateral library to make sure that all materials (digital and physical) are effectively managed.
- Issuance of brochure requests to customers and to third party marketing affiliates.
- Management of the Marketing Inbox and requests from customers, parks, sales team and other parts of the business.
- Managing the production of communication & marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters.
- Overseeing affiliate link requests and issuing introduction packs and materials to Parks and other B2B customers.

**Skills, Qualifications, And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
- Experience in social media platforms, and tools such as Hootsuite. (Desire - Paid Social Media)
- Experience of CMS tools such as WordPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write and proofread copy
- MS Excel and data analysis
- You need to be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- You need to be able to make solid decisions quickly and solve problems under pressure
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise & respond quickly to the needs of the business
- You need to be motivated and passionate and lead by example to the rest of your colleagues
- You will be able to resolve and manage conflict effectively and ensure that the right outcome is reached for the business each time
- Insurance experience not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
