Overall purpose of the job:

- To be on the frontline of the customer service team. Providing full range of customer service duties, Sales quoting, Sales order processing, Support renewals, Logistics, Invoicing, RMA processing.

Key responsibilities for this job:

- Prepare project schedules with milestones and due dates utilizing project management tools
- Plan and coordinate project work with team members to keep workflow on track
- Communicate with customers on status of project works/sales orders
- Adhere to budgets by monitoring costs keeping accurate financial records
- Attend customer meetings as required
- Work with customers on contract uplifts and renewals
- Provide regular reporting on customer service sales and deliverables
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries and complaints
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Identify areas for customer service improvement
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide full range of customer service duties
Sales quoting
Sales order processing
Support renewals
Logistics
Invoicing
RMA processing
- Training of junior staff

Knowledge and experience required:

- Successful track record in customer service/project coordination and operational delivery 3+
years
- 'A' level/Degree or equivalent
- Experience of customer service/project coordination techniques, practices and principles
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial record keeping, reporting and
budgeting
- Experience using financial accounting system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
