Fleet Administrator

We are seeking a Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our Volkswagen Loughton and play a key part in managing the corporate/fleet vehicle sales process. This role will be responsible for building credibility with major corporate clients through consistent and reliable delivery. This role is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.

**What experience do I need?**

We are looking to speak to you if you have previous Fleet Sales Administration experience with experience in all aspects of the post-sale process.

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long standing relationships; excellent attention to detail; and strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and ability to follow robust processes.

**What will I do on a daily basis?**
- Work closely with corporate clients providing attentive customer service
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
- Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
- Liaise with the vehicle prep centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client
- We operate 140 franchise dealerships representing 23 manufacturer car, van, truck, and bike brands across 33 counties in England and Wales._

- Fleet Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Motor trade: 1 year (preferred)
