As a Disrepairs Assistant Quantity Surveyor on this project, you will be a vital member of the team, and will work with your operational colleagues and the client to:

- Support project delivery whilst achieving target margins
- Code up all works via NHF 7.2 rate book
- Ensure all necessary contractual processes have been observed, notices issued, records kept and documents stored
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, consultants, subcontractors and your colleagues across the Property Services pillar
- Prepare and negotiate invoices, interim valuations and final accounts including all necessary measurement
- Make sure any agreement of variations with the supply chain is documented and recorded

**Qualifications**
The successful applicant to the role of a Disrepairs Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have experience in a commercial role for a main contractor, delivering projects through to successful profitable completion.

You will have prior experience of working within a social housing environment and a good understanding of repairs and disrepairs contracts having experience at coding works via NHF 7.2 rate book.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed team-player able to thrive in a fast-moving culture. Naturally you will be expected to demonstrate commercial awareness, legal and contractual knowledge and experience and sound data interrogation skills.
**Additional Information**
Flexible on the location, but requirement to be in our office at Thame a minimum of once per month or when required.
