Are you an experienced software engineer with some solid Python programming skills who wants to move toward the world of machine learning?

If you've been programming with Python and are involved in developing AWS services using the likes of S3, this is for you.

This is with a genuine market-leading company doing some seriously innovative work with AI. This role has it all, endless L&D opportunities, a hugely talented ML team of 12, a chance to contribute to cutting-edge and complex deep learning & computer visionprojects and best of all you will be joining during a super busy time, so you won't be short of challenges to keep you focussed beyond the honeymoon period.

The automotive industry has been moving towards using AI to ensure greater quality and safety, but only 2% of the industry has adopted the technology so far(and this company has a market share of 1.4%). With 98% of the market left untapped and with themalready dominating the space, the future looks very exciting It's projected that by 2026-2028 the remaining 98% will be utilising this technology so it's all to play for, the main barrier to their continued domination is simply not being able to hire enoughtalented people to join the team.

You'll be supported to learn to build image data and labelling pipelines, monitor and set up automated retraining pipelines using DevOps and MLOps best practices, to build and deploy bespoke computer vision ML models using a service-led architecture in AWS.

If you're after a company that isn't reliant on funding, has a runway of projects covering the next 2-3 years and offers equity at a time of huge growth potential then this is it. You will be required to travel to the South West once every three weeks, butexpenses are covered.

Along with being mentored by outstanding Principal engineers, you can expect equity in the business and a salary of between £45,000-65,000.
