Due to exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly Marketing team at Perfect Stays. This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).

**About the Marketing Coordinator position**

We’re looking for a capable individual to join our expanding Marketing team with impeccable content creation and digital marketing skills.

Previous writing experience is essential and a degree (or equivalent qualification) in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Media or Marketing would be desirable. Above all else, we’re looking for someone with a passion for creating compelling content, an excellent grasp of marketing fundamentals and meticulous attention to detail. A creative flair and a positive attitude are important, as well as exceptional organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Organise and manage photo and video shoots at properties across our portfolio, which includes dressing and styling interiors
- Liaise with property owners and third parties such as photographers, stylists and designers throughout the new property set-up process and beyond
- Contribute to the management of all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin
- Design and edit property floorplans for use across our website
- Manage and update the website with new, high quality content
- Carry out a wide range of marketing administration tasks, including updating internal documents, responding to reviews and communicating with our Portfolio, Guest and Sales teams in a clear and timely manner
- Report on the success of campaigns and put forward new ideas to improve marketing activities and drive results

**Ideally, we’re looking for the following skills and experience**:

- Proven writing, editing and proofreading experience with the ability to create sophisticated and original content quickly
- A creative flair and the ability to style beautiful interiors for photo and video shoots at our properties
- A passion for design and an understanding of how to select strong marketing images
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent grasp of grammar and meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with property owners and third parties such as photographers, stylists and designers
- Exceptional organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, work quickly and adhere to deadlines
- The ability to adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced working environment, with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop, as well as to contribute new ideas
- Experience using social media platforms and e-communications in a business capacity
- Educated to degree level with a good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Adobe Creative Suite
- An interest or experience in photography and/or video creation
- A strong local awareness of Cornwall and the South West
- Clean driving licence and own transport
