We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, versatile, and outgoing individuals to join our Navigators Team as a Learning Support Mentor. The type of person we are looking for will possess enthusiasm, reliability and be highly organised, who can also be resourceful, creative and have a professional and friendly disposition. He or she will be resilient, driven, determined, and ambitious.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- You will be accountable for all your workers performances, therefore reporting on their performances through regular contact, via Teams and face to face 1-2-1s is essential
- In order to manage your workers effectively, it is important to manage the systems and processes they have around them daily. Therefore, check on the quality of their Daily Logs, Weekly Planners, Safeguarding Logs & Skills Forward processes
- Ensure all mentors have Risk Assessments in place on the Iris portal, for each student and the activities they access
- Conduct annual appraisals with each member of your team and follow up with a 6-month review meeting
- Identify gaps in knowledge and liaise with the Workforce Development Manager to offer upskilling opportunities
- Communicate updates, processes, objectives etc from senior managers
- Sign off expense claim forms submitted by mentors within your team
- Lead your team showing pride in the organisation, following our mission, vision and values
