Ict Trainer

Leicestershire Police currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Trainer to join them within Learning and Development. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at our Force Headquarters in Leicester.

**Key Accountabilities**
- To carry out IT training to the Force and, working as a member of the IT training team, to work with sponsors and clients in assessing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of new information systems, and other national and local initiatives.
- To act in a consulting role as ‘user expert’ for operational IT systems.
- To design and deliver learning solutions using appropriate delivery methods.

**The must haves**
- To hold or be willing to work towards College of Policing TEP and Level 4 L & D or hold an equivalent relevant qualification and experience of working at that level.
- Current experience, knowledge and understanding of delivering IT related training.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training programmes.
