**What you'll do**:

- Conduct consultations with clients in their homes, via video conference, or at our offices in your area (client preference considered).
- Provide expert advice on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring each case runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Take client instructions using our secure systems.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through clear communication and empathy.
- Leverage your organisational skills to manage client files and appointments effectively.
- Attend and assist at our informative presentations on estate planning topics in your assigned area.

**Who you are**:

- A minimum of three years of experience in Will Writing, Estate Planning, or a related field is essential.
- Any relevant qualification, certification, or membership would be advantageous.
- You must have a **modern and reliable car** and a valid UK driving licence with insurance for business travel for client visits.
- You will inform and advise clients, assess their wants and needs, and explain which of our services would benefit them; there is no selling in our business.
- Clients always come first; you will always act in the client's best interests.
- Safety first; mitigate any risks and ensure clients are properly advised and make fully informed decisions.
- Respect client confidentiality and adhere to our strict privacy and data security codes.
- We have an excellent reputation and you will enhance it.
