**Job Overview**

Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.

**Main Duties**

Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:

- Act as the central administrative contact for the Southern Regional Operational team
- Coordinating the completion and collation of spreadsheets, contacting and assisting Facilities Managers to ensure deadlines are met and the provision of quality data
- Providing status reports to Regional Managers in respect of regional returns and completion of spreadsheets
- Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
- Liaise with front line staff as required to assist Facilities/Regional Managers
- Filing of electronic documents to shared drives and data base systems
- Access Maximo (work order management system) to run reports as required
- Any other requirements of Line Manager

- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
