**What you’ll do**

We are at a stage where we need a HSEQ Coordinator to implement and deliver aspects of the
Group’s quality, environmental and sustainability plans to support the Group through this exciting time.

You will be provided with an environment that provides structured training through your apprenticeship and on the job experience. You will be coached by leaders of the department who will challenge and mentor you to develop your skills and capabilities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Working in partnership with the Group’s external Health and Safety advisors to ensure a healthy and safe working environment is maintained across the Group, in accordance with all applicable H&S legislation, raising to line management any areas which require remediation/corrective action.
- ensure that employees receive appropriate H&S training, relevant to the roles they perform

(you will not be required to deliver the training)
- ensure buildings/work areas meet health and safety obligations
- administer and manage the Group’s H&S incident reporting policy, ensuring that appropriate follow up actions to reduce/mitigate likelihood of future occurrences
- deliver an annual internal H&S audit schedule, providing summary findings to the SMT, ensuring that mitigating/corrective actions are complete within agreed timescales
- provide monthly reports to the SMT detailing reported H&S incidents and any corrective actions necessary/undertaken
- ensure that 3rd parties providing services at Agena locations do so in accordance with applicable H&S legislation
- promote and contribute to the development of a zero-accident culture, championing campaigns to improve H&S across the Group
- work in close collaboration with the Group’s environmental committee (of which you will be a part) to implement/improve Agena’s practices to reduce/mitigate its environmental footprint
- ensure that the Group’s annual carbon footprint assessment is completed in line with required timescales and improve/streamline the activities necessary to gather such data
- support the Group in the achievement of its sustainability goals.
- assist the CISO with the maintenance and integrity of ISO standards.

**Additional Information**
- Our selection process is as follows: Application - Competency Based Interview - Behaviours assessment
- You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
- The postholder will be required to travel to the Group’s office locations, and on occasion external sites by the most effective means possible
