Job Summary:
Are you a Senior Valuer who's looking for a change? Perhaps you've experience in the field but your looking to further your career?

Then we are looking for you, a driven Senior Valuer. This position requires experience in property valuation but offers continuous personal development and training to ensure mastery in your field. Some key responsibilities:

- Understand the company's ethos around our customers and staff
- Develop and maintain customer relationships as well as professional working relationships with third-parties
- Participate in meetings, product training sessions, and workshops relevant to your skill set
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Confidently assess the value of properties whether domestic or commercial
- Keep up-to-date information such as sales reports and customer records in order to create a comprehensible audit trail on the properties we hold.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
