The Lead for Safe Staffing is a part of the Workforce and Education (W&E) team. The W&E team is approximately 30 Whole Time Equivalent (WTE) staff and is made of of three sub teams; Pre-Registration Education and Work Based Learner Team, Chief Nurse Workforce (home to this role) and the Workforce and Education Hub.

The role is substantive and full-time (flexible and supportive employment will always be considered). The main base for this role is St James Hospital Trust Head Quarters but the role will involve across site working and working from home.
