Head Chef

A 3* luxury hotel which is popular with weddings is seeking a**Head Chef** to run the kitchen and ensure the excellent reputation for the high standard of food served is maintained. In this position of Head Chef you will have autonomy on themenu for the modern restaurant as well as the menus for the busy function department. The menus will feature brasserie style dishes which are made using fresh local ingredients where possible. In this role of Head Chef you must have banqueting experience,be confident in food ordering, GPs, Stocktaking and menu development and also able to manage the staff and hold standards.

**Requirements**:
A Head Chef who has a background of working in quality fresh food establishments where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a strong head Chef who has a mature approach, a self motivator and ableto manage a team of enthusiastic chefs. All chefs should be fully aware of current paperwork legislation and be able to demonstrate that they have implemented and maintained them in previous kitchens.
