**Hibiscus Homes** seeks a self-motivated, personable, practical minded Office Coordinator with experience in dealing with housing related issues. We maintain a number of properties across North West London to provide accommodation primarily for a social care organisation that supports challenging individuals who live independently in the local community.

This role involves supporting the organisation and providing property related support to the management team as well as support staff.

**Role responsibilities include**:
**- Housing services**
- HMO licensing
- Health and safety checks
- House inspections (must be a car driver)
- Provide housing services admin support, including lettings, rent, Housing benefit, accounting, voids, arrears, and tenancy administration.
- Develop effective working relationships with key suppliers and partners
- Produce timely reports to help deliver improvements to the customer experience.
- Monitor utility use, contracts, and bill settlement
- Maintain keys

**- Maintenance**
- Manage property maintenance & repairs on behalf of our clients.
- Maintain a log of maintenance and complaints using software and help to ensure that customers receive a first-class service.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the maintenance person and external tradesmen.
- Process customer satisfaction surveys and produce timely and accurate reports to help deliver improvements to the customer experience.
- Assist in the set up of a paperless maintenance system.

**- Head Office administration support**
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Invoice processing/accounts payable
- Perform general clerical duties as required.
- Coordinate and monitor the planning process
- Maintain certification in a timely manner
- Compliance checks
- Out of hours on call monitoring
