Due to the rapid growth of our Insolvency Practice, we are currently seeking an additional experienced Insolvency administrator to assist us in managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. Working within a well-established department, you will gain further exposure to formal insolvency cases whilst also working on some advisory projects.

Reporting to a Manager, you will manage circa 30 cases of various sizes and complexity. Cases will mainly include CVLs but also Administrations, MVLs & CVAs.

**Main duties will involve**:

- Managing case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression and closure.
- Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
- Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
- Preparing for and attending creditors’ meetings.
- Managing asset valuation and realisation.
- Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
- Attending clients’ sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessary.
- Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.

Our company prefers to promote from within and provides the staff with training in order to progress with their careers and improve their personal development.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience in Insolvency and Restructuring is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
