The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those attending alternative provision schools with social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) and behaviour needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Psychology Graduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding towards students with SEND
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt to varying situations
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
