Our client is seeking an additional Quality Technician to join their small quality team based in Bradford. If you have any CMM inspection experience great, if not they are willing to train a CNC Machinist/Programmer up into the role and train on programmingon the CMM.
Key words: Quality/Machine Shop/CMM/Inspection/Root cause analysis/Inspection/CNC Machinist/
Responsibility and Duties:
Read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Approve in-process production by conducting visual and measurement tests communicating results to operators to ensure adjustments are made for product conformity.
Document Inspection results and test data against customer requirements
CMM and Vison system operation
Approve incoming materials to ensure correct specification has been supplied
Remove non-conforming products Maintain measuring equipment in accordance with instructions and call for repairs where required.
Maintain calibration database
Assist the Quality Manager in achieving the company quality goals
You:
Experienced machine shop Inspector or a CNC Machinist with programming experience
Apprentice-trained with Engineering qualifications or have sufficient experience to be deemed skilled
Willing to undertake further training on Internal auditing
Team Player
Organised
Quality/Machine Shop/CMM/Inspection/Root cause analysis/Inspection/Inspection/CNC Machinist/
