**Your new role**
As a standalone HR Officer, you will oversee all aspects of HR within the organisation. You will provide expert advice on HR and employment law matters, manage an employee relations caseload, facilitate the entire recruitment process, oversee training & development,as well as serving as the first point of contact for any HR and payroll related queries. You will play a crucial role within the organisation as the go-to HR professional for all staff and management.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a strong working knowledge of all operational aspects of HR and will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably standalone. Ideally, you will have a CIPD qualification, and must be able to build strong relationships with the ExecutiveTeam, colleagues and partner organisations.
**What you'll get in return
**A competitive rate of £20+ per hour, as well as flexible and hybrid working options (2 days in office).
