We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to join our established Customer Service team on a Part Time basis, where your unique blend of skills, personality, and character will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders. This role is a minimum of 16 hours and maximum of 30 hours per week. Hours will be between 6.45am and 6.00pm Monday and Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and keep their records updated.
- Investigate and solve client queries.
- Chase supporting evidence in relation to client claims.
- Minimise Fee Earner’s workload by being a first point of contact for clients and third parties.
- Being articulate, having a strong communication skill and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
- Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate departments.
- Efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated Customer Service Team task list.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Customer Service experience.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Contact centre experience (Minimum of 6 months).
- Insurance Sector experience.
- Target driven/Experience working to KPI’s.
