**Details/duties**:

- Demonstrate and support the PFUK safety culture program and HSE project objectives and directives
- Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Ensure all personnel suitable for hire have the appropriate and compliant information and training as required for the role
- Attend career fairs at universities, schools, and trade events across the UK with the Recruiter, actively promoting Ponticelli UK Ltd
- Maintain data in the HRS in line with GDPR and deliver accurate information
- Company Induction for new starts, ensuring delivery is professional, engaging, and effective, with a welcoming and enthusiastic approach
- Ensure all employee paperwork is issued and processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Any other duties as directed by the HR Manager

**Accountabilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments and background checks as required.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Prepare and process new hire documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Prepare letters, paperwork was required for the employee life cycle
- Take Minutes of Meetings, as required
- Assist in organizing and conducting inductions for new employees.
- Handle employee queries and provide information or assistance as needed.
- Manage employee electronic files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process changes in employee status such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support BI reports on recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other HR-related data.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.

**HR Projects and Initiatives**:

- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and assignments as required.

**Qualifications/Experience required**:

- Previous work experience in similar position
- Experience in Recruitment / HR
- Experience in the Energy Industry
- Understanding of recruitment process and best practices
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
