Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **HR & Payroll Administrator** for our client based within the **Oswestry** area.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent upon experience.

**Various role responsibilities to include**:

- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings & deductions
- Validating hours of work/timesheets information entered by employees which have been approved.
- Various HR duties
- Providing information & answering employee questions about payroll related matters

**Experience we are looking for...**
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll and/or administration
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Proactive self-starter, able to work independently under own initiative
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office

Please bare in mind, a DBS check will be required for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oswestry, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
