**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
Croud is a digital marketing agency with a unique business model, recently named Campaign's Global Performance Marketing Agency of the Year.

Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our Finance Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a **determined and proactive individual**.

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will work within the Accounts Receivable department to **ensure that client billing is completed accurately** and to **contribute to the credit control requirements of the department.**

Croud operates a **hybrid working model** with a minimum of **3** days a week** based in our **London office** and the remaining days from home if you wish.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The key objectives of the role will include:

- Assist with all client billing for revenue and pass through costs
- Play a key role in client on-boarding, liaising with sales and client teams to ensure relevant client contact details are captured and correct invoicing procedures followed
- Resolve payment queries with clients and internal departments and proactively identify accounts that require extra contact and support
- Assist with weekly and monthly credit control procedures
- Ensure that cash received is reconciled in the ledger
- Post accounting journals to assist with the month-end close, at the request of the Financial Accountant
- Support the Accounts Receivable Manager and Group financial accountant with any ad hoc tasks or queries
- Assist with ad-hoc queries from the business

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Strong attention to detail with an analytical and methodical approach to tasks
- Passion for accounting and finance with an aptitude for numbers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume, transaction oriented environment
- Highly organised with the ability to re-prioritise workload depending on the urgency of requests
- Proven competence of working in a team environment to achieve a shared goal but also confident when working independently
- Approachable individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to form good working relationships with internal staff and clients
- Computer literate with a **strong proficiency **in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalent), **specifically in Excel where intermediate skills are essential (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, basic data manipulation)**.
