Part Time Payroll Administrator - Manufacturing

A new opportunity now exists for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join the HR Team at a manufacturing company in Greater Manchester.

This is a junior, administrative role managing the transfer of data to an external payroll provider (ADP).

Key Tasks:

- Act as first point of contact for all payroll queries
- Ensure all payroll data is processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide training and guidance to managers on payroll processes
- Produce regular reports and present to HR team
- Manage HR administration; maintenance of payroll system, raising purchase orders/invoices, holiday entitlement, maternity pay etc
- Support the HR team with wider projects

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of payroll administration in a busy environment with a large headcount
- Knowledge of Workday or ADP - advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Excel and able to analyse/manipulate data
- High attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
- Self motivated and pro-active
