Casual Senior Refuse & Recycling Operative
Various Locations across the region (Stranraer, Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Lockerbie)
£12.59 per hour

Our recycling and refuse team work within the hearts of our Communities across Dumfries and Galloway.

We deliver a wide variety of frontline services and require Senior Refuse & Recycling Operatives at our depot in Stranraer, Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Lockerbie.

Duties will include:

- Driving of refuse, recyclate, white goods vehicles.
- Ensuring collection of refuse & recycling routes on a daily basis in a safe and efficient manner and adhering to Health & Safety and Safe Working Procedures.
- Other tasks relating to Waste Collection Services functions

You will be expected to carry out various duties as instructed by the Waste Supervisor and have a working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. You will be fully trained, and you will be required to work as part of a team.

You will be educated to Standard Grade Level and you must have an HGV License.
