**About the role**:

- As a Residential Support Worker, you will be expected to support young people in classroom settings with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
- We are looking for those who are resilient to work with a range of needs and can bring a supportive and nurturing approach.
- You will have the ability to positively engage with young people and be a good role model.
- Creating a safe environment that allows children and other students to have fun, learn and succeed.

- As a Residential Support Worker, you will be within a setting that aims to provide the very best support for their students to assist their learning to have the best possible outcomes.
- Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in the school.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Residential Support Worker you will:

- As a Residential Support Worker, you will be required to work closely with colleagues and share methods & strategies of prevention & de-escalation.
- To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.
- Be committed to personal development and learning.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Have relevant experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
