ERP Coordinator

HYBRID/REMOTE WORKING

Fox Morris are working with South London Local Authority in relations to finding a **EHCP Coordinator** to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- To be responsible for a caseload of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This Includes overseeing the child’s journey from the commencement of statutory assessment to placement, ensuring all statutory processes are met, until finalisation of their EHCP using key working principles with the family.
- To act as the named officer for a group of schools but to also be flexible and work as part of a team, providing services and support to parents/carers and colleagues. Foster and maintain close and effective working relationships with all partner agencies.
- To ensure effective communication with parents and external agencies, in respect of policies, services and processes, which relate to SEND issues, offering an accessible and welcoming

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

**Salary**: £250.00-£350.00 per day
