**FTE Salary: £28,607 - £31,247**
**Actual Salary: £24,634 - £26,908**

To work within the Counselling and Mental Health Team, providing high quality confidential Counselling (within BACP guidelines) or Mental Health support to students to ensure that students are able to access their course of choice and advocate on behalfof students to facilitate educational attainment. To play a key role in raising awareness around mental health issues and to offer practical advice and guidance to staff around inclusion. To contribute to achieving excellence in supporting students throughinnovative and excellent practice.

To work predominantly with vulnerable male students and promote the benefits of accessing college counselling and mental health services across this cohort.
