**Job Title**:IT Associate - Service Support

**Location**:Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for per annum this particular role

**Salary**:£40,748 - £44,000 per annum

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You will support with future developments and deployments of new and upgraded Product Lifecycle Management capabilities
- Act as a mentor and support the wider team, trainees and apprentices
- Engage with and support the Functions / Teams in addressing incidents, problems or defining new capabilities with both business stakeholders and the development team
- Be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Continue to develop as an individual and support the development of others

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- You will need to have knowledge and an understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management toolsets, their purpose and usage within industry
- Experience and knowledge of business analysis techniques
- Good knowledge and an understanding of the design and support of complex systems and products

Desirable:

- Be certified in ITIL 4 Foundation
- Experience and knowledge of supporting large scale Enterprise Applications
