**Portfolio Responsibilities Include**: Corporate NMAHP portfolio holder for Clinical Quality, responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of the Quality Improvement Programme for Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals. Driving and supporting the Ward to Board agenda, including ASPIRE Ward Accreditation programme. A strong understanding of national and local standards and best practice requirements in nursing. Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering high-quality care services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Knowledge of evidence-based practice and relevant statutory and regulatory standards.
