**THE GIG**

We are looking for our next Digital Trade trailblazer

As part of the Trade and VM team, you will be responsible for the trading performance and online visual merchandising of your categories, ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the EMEA websites.

You will also be responsible for the mentorship and management of the Trade and VM assistant.

**THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART**

**VISUAL MERCHANDISING**
- You will be responsible for navigation structure and product discovery for your categories
- You will action the Visual Merchandising strategy for DMs and utilise merchandising tools to ensure product is presented in an orderly, intuitive and inspirational way to maximise conversion rates, ensuring all navigation routes, content and searches deliver a successful customer journey
- You will be responsible for all aspects of product publishing for your product categories, ensuring products go live on the site in a timely manner and are categorised appropriately; including product information, category information and website visual merchandising
- You will work with the copy, SEO and product teams to ensure product descriptions reach a high standard of engaging copy with the relevant attributes and metadata, optimising the product information for both search engines and customer experience, and ensuring any product copy translation requirements are briefed in
- You will work closely with Content, Product, Merch and Marketing teams to commercially visually merchandise product using sales performance and stock availability; identifying best sellers, key trends & stories, ensuring that product is appropriately merchandised for all content and marketing campaigns
- You will create relevant category pages to capture trends and sale opportunities and to optimise for SEO
- You will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and analysis of upsells and cross sells

**TRADE**
- You will prepare and present daily/weekly trading information to the wider business
- You will identify and develop opportunities for sales growth including localized reporting & bestsellers and category performance, working closely with product and merchandising teams to develop merchandise strategies to drive digital growth
- You will be the point of contact for Customer Services for any on-site product related queries and key trading dates
- You will work closely with the Business Analyst to develop existing and new reports to support data-driven decision making across the team
- You will work closely with the Product team on the A/B testing strategy to maximise trading performance across categories and regions
- You will own the 360 launch plan for sale and promotional periods, working cross functionally with the Production, Customer Service and Marketing teams to ensure seamless launch.
- You will own the onsite product execution and forecasting for Partner Collaborations, ensuring setup is inline with collaborations strategy
- You will act as a trade sponsor to an EU site reporting on key KPIs and metrics,
- You will work alongside the DTC and retail merchandising teams optimising product performance for your categories, to fully potentialise full price sell thru

To be our next **Digital Trade & VM Lead** you’ll also possess these qualities:

- Previous experience and understanding of a digital/e-commerce function is essential
- Proven track record in a Digital Trade role is highly advantageous
- Previous Line Management experience is desirable but not essential
- A solid understanding of site operations from a commercial perspective
- A good collaborator, with the ability to comfortably work cross-functionally
- You’re comfortable taking ownership on decisions with the ability and motivation to drive projects and tasks independently
- You’re a great communicator who can confidently negotiate and encourage buy-in from various levels
